New type of precision oven controlled quartz oscillator (OCXO) MV200

Morion, Inc. has finished the development and implementation into volume manufacturing of new model of precision oven controlled oscillator (OCXO) MV200. MV200 has standard package with footprint dimensions 51x51 mm and 10...19 mm height. MV200 has the same footprint dimensions and pin-out as MV102 OCXO model, but ensures much better performance. New OCXO model has high stability (up to ±5x10^-10) within wide operating temperature range (up to -40...+85^оС) and high long-term stability (up to ±2x10^-8/year). There is the possibility to supply OCXOs with ultra low noisy performance: up to -137 dBc/Hz at ∆f=10 Hz, up to -155 dBc/Hz at ∆f=100 Hz and up to -162 dBc/Hz at ∆f=10 kHz for «ULN» option. MV200 can be manufactured with either 5 V or 12 V power supply, and with SIN or HCMOS output signal. Additional information can be found in corresponding section of product catalogue or data sheet.
