New type of small size precision oven controlled oscillator (OCXO) MV197

Morion, Inc. has finished the development and implementation into volume manufacturing of new model of small size precision oven controlled oscillator (OCXO) MV197. MV197 has standard European CO-08 package with footprint dimensions 36x27 mm and 10...16 mm height. New OCXO model has high stability (up to ±5x10^-10) within wide operating temperature range (up to -40...+85^оС) and high long-term stability (up to ±3x10^-8/year). There is the possibility to supply OCXOs with low noisy performance: up to -133 dBc/Hz at ∆f=10 Hz and up to -161 dBc/Hz at ∆f=10 kHz for «ULN» option. Fast warm-up (up to < 1 min.) option is also available on request. MV197 can be manufactured with either 5 V or 12 V power supply, and with SIN or HCMOS output signal.
